Glue

It is all his fault. He’s always gone. Whenever he stays it is not for long. He only leaves traces of himself behind. Our family is falling apart. He is the glue that bound our family together, but now that he is gone our family is falling to oblivion. My brother is eating glue while my sister is talking to a wall. The green snot flies and hits the ground as my mom sobs. I never knew I could have feelings of loss for someone who was never there. After all, you can’t miss something you never had. Or can you?
